As part of our continued effort to be the premier US manufacturer of traffic signals and enclosures, Brown Traffic will be relocating our Austin, TX manufacturing operation to a new state of the art facility approximately seven miles north of our existing location on Cameron Road. The new building is a modern, high-tech, larger structure with easy access to major highways, providing additional space for expansion of Brown Traffic’s value-added manufacturing, assembly and distribution operations to better meet the needs of our customers.
Currently there is no need for you to make any changes to your contact information. This move will occur over the next few months with a completion date projected to be January 31, 2015. At the completion of this project we will notify you of any logistical updates (address, telephone numbers, etc.).
While it is our desire to keep you, our valued customer, informed of any changes occurring at Brown Traffic, it is also our intent for this project to be essentially transparent to you and your end users. We will be implementing a systematic approach which will allow us to continue providing a consistent supply of product. Customer satisfaction remains at the top of our priority list.
