Eagle has been on the American intersection since 1921. Our cabinets and signals are proudly manufactured in our Texas facility by over 100 American employees. From our 100,000 square foot Pflugerville plant, we produce a full portfolio of NEMA, ATC, ITS, and CALTRANS signal and cabinet products for agencies, contractors, and distributors nationwide.
Eagle is the only major manufacturer that builds 100% of its cabinets and signal heads in the U.S. That means when a state DOT or municipality writes a Buy America spec, Eagle is the option that does not require a footnote.

On January 14, 2025, the Federal Highway Administration rescinded the 1983 Manufactured Products General Waiver, fundamentally changing what 'Made in the USA' means for federal-aid projects.
